We are seeking an experienced Senior Engineer / Project Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 7–10+ years of experience leading complex engineering projects from concept to completion, coordinating with clients, consultants, and multidisciplinary teams. The candidate should thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and be able to mentor junior team members while ensuring technical excellence and timely delivery.
Requirements:
7–10+ years of professional experience in engineering design and project management
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related field)
Professional Engineer (PE) license required (or ability to obtain)
Strong understanding of building systems and applicable codes
Proficiency in BIM tools such as Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks
Excellent communication, leadership, and client coordination skills
Authorized to work in the U.S.
