Starbucks

Starbucks is one of the most iconic and globally respected coffeehouse brands, operating more than 38,000 locations across 80+ countries. Renowned for its premium coffee and warm, welcoming atmosphere, Starbucks is equally committed to sustainability, thoughtful design, and community connection. Each store is crafted to provide a space where people gather, work, and unwind — all while minimizing environmental impact.

As part of their continued expansion, Starbucks entrusted DEC with full-service MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) design for a new store location. Our role was to engineer high-performance systems that reflect Starbucks’ global brand values: quality, comfort, efficiency, and sustainability.

Working in close collaboration with architects, contractors, and project stakeholders, DEC delivered MEP solutions that enhance customer experience, support staff operations, and exceed energy performance targets — all while meeting the rigorous technical and aesthetic standards expected by a brand of Starbucks’ caliber.
