Project Overview

This project is approximately sf to include MEP services as necessary to facilitate a new fuel station. Electric, water and sewer will be coordinated with civil scope, and the site will include exterior lighting and possible EV car charging stations. Hubbard lake, Michigan.

Design Approach

DEC is responsible for the complete MEP system design, utilizing AutoCAD to ensure efficiency, sustainability, and occupant comfort. The scope of work includes HVAC load calculations, system and equipment selection, and schematic design with detailed equipment layouts. Construction documents will incorporate all heating and cooling equipment selections, along with ductwork and piping layouts with appropriate sizing, and the design of new HVAC systems as required. The electrical design will encompass base building systems, floor-level electric closets, and panel board rooms sized to support designated spaces. New lighting and power circuiting will be provided and modified to align with the architectural layout. Plumbing design will cover sanitary waste and vent systems, domestic water supply, and related services. Construction documents will further include plumbing riser diagrams, detailed floor plans, service equipment specifications, and complete distribution layouts for domestic cold and hot water, sanitary piping, and associated plumbing equipment.
