Design Approach

DEC is responsible for the MEP system design, leveraging Revit software to deliver efficiency, sustainability, and occupant comfort. The HVAC system incorporates a high-performance heat pump with energy recovery ventilation to maintain superior indoor air quality. Domestic hot water and heating are supplied through the eco-friendly SANCO2 heat pump system. The electrical design integrates energy-efficient strategies, EV charging infrastructure, and solar-ready provisions. Plumbing features water-saving fixtures and a properly sized hot water recirculation system. Dedicated mechanical and electrical systems for the pool and garage are seamlessly integrated with the main residence.
