DEC is responsible for the comprehensive mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) system design for this project. HVAC Systems Our services include performing load calculations, selecting the appropriate equipment and systems, and creating a detailed schematic design. The construction documents will specify all heating and cooling equipment, including properly sized ductwork and piping layouts.

We will also design any new HVAC systems that are required. Electrical Systems The electrical design will encompass the base building systems, floor-level electrical closets, and panel board rooms, all sized to support designated spaces. We will also provide and modify new lighting and power circuiting to align with the architectural plans. Plumbing Systems Our plumbing design covers the sanitary waste and vent systems, domestic water supply, and related services. The final construction documents will include plumbing riser diagrams, detailed floor plans, equipment specifications, and complete distribution layouts for domestic cold and hot water, sanitary piping, and other associated plumbing equipment.

Laundry Systems For laundry facilities, our design will incorporate all required plumbing and electrical connections. We will provide hot and cold-water supply lines, sanitary drain lines, and vent piping for all washers. Electrical design will include dedicated power circuits and receptacles for all washing and drying equipment. Our plans will ensure proper ventilation to maintain optimal indoor air quality within the laundry area.
